Answer - The view point of social constructionist for deviance is the outcome of various 
humanly efforts for the creation of moral order through classification of various attribute of 
society like status, ethics, acceptability, behaviors, creating of such rules and norms that might 
lead to banning, and similar other normality sanctions of the violators of the society. It creates 
control over the workings and daily operations of society as it maintains the segregation between 
the right and wrong actions. Therefore, the strength of the bonding defines the social control and 
when there is movement against the social norms, there arises the form of deviance. Formal 
social control talks about the enforcement of legal laws and its applications over the public 
through police, military officers, traffic police, etc. so that there is no deviation in the behavior of 
the social elements. For example, prohibiting murder is a law that has been accepted worldwide 
through government organization. Hence, it involves determining and designing of the process of 
control through representatives of elected people in legislation. On the other hand,
