NMR(proton NMR)
The chemical shift positions for Proton NMR spectra is predicted for butanone as –
CH3C
H2
H3C
O
2.09
2.49
1.06

The alpha hydrogens get greater chemical shift due to higher desheilding effect of ca
onyl group.
Hence 2 alpha hydrogens have nearly same value ( 2.09 )....
