Team Improvement Plan
1. Introduction
Explain the purpose of a Team Improvement Plan and describe the team the plan relates to.
2. Team evaluation
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the team based on the rating tool (attached)
Identify one area of improvement and describe why it needs to be improved and how it impedes the cu
ent performance of the team.
Include research on team strategies, roles, consultation and any other relevant areas which you have considered.
