Preface:
A colleague is selected for interview and the following part of the discussion is about his professional
experiences. The intention of the interview is to assess my colleague overview of total professional
experiences as well it is also related to find his feeling and sense of achievement with all the goals and
the objectives he received so far in life (Fink, 2002).

Questions
1. Have you ever thought of entering into hospitality management in your life before?
Yes it is my dream since my school days and I am in the profession which I wished to join since a long
time.


2. How do you rate your professional satisfaction in the profession?
I am completely satisfied with my profession and I wish to succeed more in the profession in the coming
days.


3. Whether your personal characteristics and attributes are synchronizing with the job requirement of
hospitality management?
Yes I did selected this profession after careful consideration to the personal attitudes and interests. I
