SOME ADVICE FOR CHOOSING OF A PROJECT TOPIC (DRAFT)
• This course has been purposefully designed to incorporate a high degree of flexibility relating
to various topics; therefore the choice of topic for your project is entirely your own choice.
• Topic for the project outline (Assessment 1) and project proposal (Assessment 3) MUST be
same.
• Remember, it is your project and if you select something that holds a deep interest for you, you
will find it easy to commit and you will be highly motivated to complete the work that your
project outline requires (Assessment 1), and subsequently that your project proposal requires
(Assessment 3).
• Make sure that your topic is relevant to your cu

strongly suggest you to choose a topic from one of the

INTRODUCTION
Today, one of the significant objectives of the organization is to motivate the employees to make their work more productive and creative. Creativity and Innovation are very necessary elements to create quality work. Only motivated employees would direct their effort to give the quality results in the best possible manner. The more motivated and engaged the staff is, the more it helps to lessen the employee turnover. Nowadays, the organization is continuously identifying several motivational techniques and strategies to increase the employee engagement and involvement. The pool of talented skilled employees and motivation has become the key success factor for any organization. The employee salary motivates the employee which leads to higher employee engagement in the workplace. The higher employee engagement leads to the maximum customer satisfaction and increases the sales and profit by which the organizations might think to provide various kind of initiatives to their employees. An organization may offer the performance-based salary in which the payment will be decided by the amount of work done by the employees. It is the most effective strategy to motivate the employees in any organization. Performance-based remuneration is very common and has to be tailored according to the details of the company. Employees must provide the remuneration in a well-planned manner.
The introduction part will describe the importance of the motivation and how it can be used to increase the productivity and creativity of the employees in the organization. The problem statement will elaborate the fact that why the employee motivation is important for the organization and if not then what problem the employer might have to face. The research plan will also be present along the research objectives and research questions. It will also include the justification of the proposed research and its related outcomes, and research hypothesis to frame that how the increased pay increases the employee engagement towards the organizational work.
Problem statement
High remuneration is the systematic approach to resolve the issue creatively to encourage the employee to work hard for the accomplishment of the desirable goals of the organization. Today, with the increasing competition, it is very significant for the organization to construct some techniques and strategies to increase both employee and business performance. To pay the employee based on their performance has become and considered as one of the leading motivational tools to maximize the productivity and profitability. Although many researchers have been attempted to recognize the different aspects of the motivational tools to encourage the employee and the incentives or higher pay was the common practice for many years. So, this paper aims to find out that using the high salary really determines the employee engagement in work (Sharabi & Harpaz, 2015).
Aims and Objectives/ Research Questions
Aim: The aim of the research is to identify high remuneration determines the better involvement of the employees towards the work or not along with how it affects the overall performance of the organization. The focus of this report is the strategies and techniques to motivate the employees of the organization in Australia. The analysis would be based on the performances based remuneration and various types of incentives to motivate the employees at the different level.
Research Questions:
· Does the high remuneration increases the employee engagement towards the work?
· Is the high remuneration impact the overall performance of the organization?
· What would be the impact of the higher pay on employee negative, positive or both?
4.0 JUSTIFICATION AND THE POTENTIAL OUTCOMES OF THE RESEARCH
By reviewing various Journals and articles, it is to believe that the research is very essential for every organization as it is related to the employee’s performance to increase its profitability and productivity. It is very important for the employers to increase the pay or remuneration of the employees if they are giving justice to the provided job role and tasks because after working hard, the lower pay may reduce the morale of the employees and discourages them to put the best efforts into their work. The manager must justify the employees work with the justified pay to boost up their morale to increase the employee engagement which results in the better organizational pay. Today, the level of the competition is high so, the organization has to work hard to maintain the balance between the profitability and employees pay (Ryu, 2015).
The research will benefit a large number of the organization to understand the importance of the employee satisfaction and motivation to attain success. The end users will be both the organization and employees. The higher pay will increases the engagement of the employees toward their work which results in the customer satisfaction and helps in increasing the sales and profit directly. The increased profit will lead to providing the incentives or bonuses to the employees for their hard work along with it will motivate and encourages the employee towards the betterment of the organization which in turn benefit them too (Jenkins, 2017).

Remuneration
According to Mu
ay & Gerhart, (2017), Remuneration is the best motivational tool to encourage the employees to put their best efforts in work. The Remuneration has a direct relationship with the positive attitude of the employees like employee commitment, job satisfaction, and trust in management. There are various types of remunerations like position based remuneration, performance-based remuneration and profit based remuneration out of which the performance-based remuneration is very effective and has direct the positive attitude of the employees to accomplish the desired organizational goals. According to Ryu (2015), an employee uses the remuneration, and various incentives plan to advertise the particular performance or behavior that they find very...
