Introduction
 The report aims to analyse the article in terms of project management and roles of people. The purpose of the article is to use the organizational design perspective for determination of the state of the art of research scope into the project based organization. The design chosen by the article is a literature review approach. The analytical framework is being used and 177 papers are assessed for this purpose. The author determines the kinds of information used in the each paper and identified particular research themes. The author also examines the degree to which interdependencies are addressed in the literature. The findings of the article suggest that project passed organization take into account the incentives schemes, organizational strategies and performance management systems. The study also finds a limited attention to the interdependence between the separate design choices. The research framework is being developed by the article to map the current themes and their relative importance is also illustrated. The research limitation suggests that there is not much research done on the project based organization. The implication of findings suggests adopting a fresh theoretical perspective and considering project based organization as a whole to analyze. The practical implications of the report suggest that the article can be assistive in developing a framework in managerial discussions. It recommends considering various organization wide aspects that is lacking.
