5. The Titan Enterprise Supply Chain Manager has identified three suppliers to outsource sub-assembly needs in order to free up own resources to support growing customer demand of final assembly. The team has identified eight criteria to evaluate these suppliers. Further they researched how each of the criteria impact their own performance and assigned a weight. The Supply Chain Manager had various resources research each criterion further in order to assess how they might impact their own performance. Criteria with the most risk to meeting customer demand at a high quality were assigned a greater weight.
