	The previous course was involved with customer service and engagement project within the place of employment. Based on the same project, the present report is going to produce few practical instances along with concepts and theories related to critical project management. Being appointed as a project manager of customer service and engagement, a schedule of project task will be created and discuss few aspects of the project scheduling along with project and team management.

Assigning project tasks by determining the behaviour of individual team members
	The different tasks of a project demands a different set of skills. It is very uncommon to employ people and engage a team where everybody are competent in same set of skills.                         Turner (2014) explained, a project is only considered to be successful when they are achieved within the boundaries of time, scope, cost and quality. The behaviour of the people and employees plays a key role in controlling all of the above mentioned aspects and drive a successful project management. As a result to determine the tasks that team members receive are based upon their behaviours and performance over a period. A project manager is required to understand the human psychology and behaviour of every employees to assign an efficient team. According to Syed et al. (2018), employees’ performance differ in terms of the task that they are assigned with. Their behaviour must be monitored for assuring every different task are filled with different team members acquiring different set of behaviour.
