I remember when we were driving together and we had car accident when a car hit us from the back at the traffic light. My car was damaged and I was so angry at the other driver and I was out of control but you were calming me down and insisting to forgive the driver which I end up with.

I remember when I was building my house at our village and there are a lot of works not done and I was so tired you came and start to encourage us and we worked as a team to finish up that day.

I remember the day when you helped me with my schools speech. We were stressing out so badly because we had 1 hour to write my speech. The speech was supposed to be handed the next day, but good thing we had finished it on time. Â The next morning when I was doing my speech everyone had loved it and enjoyed it, and i got 15/18 in it.

I remember that time when you took one week leave from your work without salary just to help your grandmother when she passed bad time. I know you happy when you always ask old people in our family, if they need any help like pick up them to hospital, buy some medicine or buy something from shop. I’m really proud of you and keep going.

I always remember how much you love your work. I remember when you were a manager of farm and your shift was morning. You did not never follow the work time. you always went to the farm on morning, afternoon and evening. I cannot forget this day when you were visiting the farm and you noticed the food was not enough, you went straight away to the worker’s housing to ask them who has the responsibility of feeding animals. The paper is to explore the personal strengths while adopting the tool of Reflected Best Self (RBS) Exercise which is the significant tool to explore the positive psychology. The whole paper has been composed of five components. The first one is to make the introduction of the whole paper with the
ief information. The second component should be the literature review which are the academic information to support the research with the tool of Reflected Best Self (RBS) Exercise.
