This written submission involves student-initiated reflection (lesson 1) and one guided (tutor led) reflection (lesson 2). Student initiated reflection involves a process where students choose what experiences to reflect upon concerning lessons learnt. In contrast, guided (or tutor led) reflection involves a process where the tutor guides the student concerning what experiences to reflect upon, which then prompts students to identify lessons learnt.

3.3 Lesson 2: Risk management as a PPMP20008 student (7 marks awarded for 3.3 and sub-sections)
Instructions: This lesson learnt involves guided (tutor led) reflection. Tutors will discuss the area of reflection in scheduled tutorials in Weeks 9 - 11.
Refer to the situation below and reflect on it. Explain how this situation made you feel and what you learnt from reflecting on the situation.
Risk management is a critical element in all projects. Negative risks (threats) need to be considered very seriously to ensure that the project does not get negatively impacted. A negative risk, if materialised, requires co
ective actions to manage negative impacts in future. On the other hand, a positive risk can have a positive impact on a project if managed appropriately.
As a student undertaking PPMP20008 in Term 1 2020, recall a situation that related to a positive or a negative experience during the term. Now reflect on this situation in light of the risk management topic discussed in Week 5 and answer the three questions below.
1. Situation – (Describe a situation when undertaking PPMP20008 in Term 1, 2020 that involved a positive or a negative experience);
2. Emotion and the impact - The situation made me feel… (Describe your feelings when the situation occu

3. What I learnt from reflecting on the situation – (Make sure this is written as a lesson).
