    Problem 6     Interest rate = 2% over prime rate
        Prime Rate = 6%
        so interest rate =2% + 6% = 8%
        Hence, Interest on $5M = ( $5M * 8% * 15/360) = $ 16666.67
        Interest on $10M = ( $10M * 8% * 15/360) = $ 33333.33
        Total Interest = $ 16666.67 + $ 33333.33 = $ 50000
        Commitment Fees = 1/4% * ($10M - $5M) = $ 12500
