The company, Red Rooster, was set up in 1972 under the name of Big Rooster, which was changed in 1996 to Red Rooster. The restaurant chain has more than 360 restaurants in Australia, except Tasmania. The restaurant is renowned for its roasted chicken offerings, which has been the traditional food specialty it has been serving for 50 years. In order to offer the customers more value and variety, the restaurant has now included beverages, fish-based food items and desserts (Internet Achieve, 2018).
The restaurant chain has focused on quality and taste of their foods and specialisation on chicken-based foods, which has given it the ability to sustain the interest of the customers for such a long time. The company is a part of hospitality industry in Australia, which in itself is very stable and highly profiting. The industry is the source of 95,000 employments and caters a $9 billion every year (Lexology, 2016). In the cu
ent proposal, the chosen organisation has been observed and critically studied for the formulation of a proper integration report.
