INTRODUCTION
While thinking about the topic for research work, I came across many topics but the one which strike my mind is the usage of AI in the Australian Retail Market. But as this topic is very wide, so to do a proper research work I na
owed the topic and took the topic “The Role of AI in Men’s Cosmetic Retail Market” for my project. We can see how the market trends in the Cosmetic Industry have been changed by the use of Artificial Intelligence. This is the new trend setter as it is changing the whole retail cosmetic market for men.

In this article the development in the Cosmetic Industry of Australia because of the use of AI has been discussed. With the usage of AI, K-beauty’s has increased its Customer base by putting their different blogs on the social media and after reading those blogs the customer’s understand the different beauty products. Through the social media only, the customers can get in touch with the beauty trend setter of the company and can order for the different just sitting in their homes. With the help of AI the company is creating an ecosystem of co-creation, co-existence, co-evolution and co-learning with their male customers (Lee, 2019).

This article deals with the importance of AI in the retail cosmetic markets, with the usage of Artificial Intelligence technique Conversion rate optimization (CRO) the retail cosmetic Industry is growing a lot. CRO means to develop a web interface of e-commerce through which the customers can develop an account, request for a contact and hence can make a purchase. The cosmetic retail industry of Australia is building CRO and giving the customers a chance to post an order online and as far as male customers are considered they don’t believe much in window shopping and hence CRO is developing and enhancing the customer as it is giving value added services to its customers for purchasing the beauty products they like (Miikkulainen, 2018).
