	The leadership roles are complex and challenging. These results in faux pas or an embarrassing remark in social situation for them. These faux pas may be in the form of poor feedback by the leaders from the executive team. The leaders are micromanaging and defining the goals. Finally, its poor training and development skills which are drawing back the leaders and resulting in a faux pas situation (Ekezie, 2022).
