Asia is an upcoming hub of new business opportunities, development, a new market to sell products and outsource the services. China and India are the most populated countries accounting for 38% of world’s total population. Being in developmental phase it is attracting companies from developed economies to expand their business operations in Asian countries. The demand of products and resources is increasing and government of different countries are strengthening heir ties with Asian economy (Mackie, 2018). As a result global trade will be boosted and the economic conditions will witness change.
 In a global setup it is required to have better understanding of multi-cultural aspects so that good business relations can be developed. This also contributes in deciding negotiation styles as cultural aspect, regional business acumen and language act as barrier. For instance, China is a country who prefers to translate the literature in their own language for better communication.
