Introduction
Social work practise facilitates societal transformation, problem-solving within meaningful relationships, and people's liberation and empowerment. Based on the ideology of social systems and human behaviour, social work engages in places where individuals interface with their su
oundings. Social justice and human rights principles are crucial to social work. Humans supporting older people who have been dependent on humans for responsiveness and quality care has become more and more crucial in aged care practises (Barsky, 2019).
This paper demonstrates that personal values such as kindness, determination, self-reliance, and trustworthiness impact the practise in aged care agencies. The agencies of action are designated by the ideological framework. Re-social control in this context is required for the individual to exhibit optimal behaviour and establish social traits.
Personal Values
Personal values that are crucial in aged care practises are kindness, determination, self-reliance, and trustworthiness. Most importantly, close attention should be paid to what the elderly require. Kindness has indeed been characterised as the trait of being helpful, considerate, and generous, among other things (Lee, Splawa-Neyman, and McDermott, 2022). Kind gestures have been generally recognised and practised across cross-religious, cultural, and societal boundaries. A value system of kindness in this practise benefits not just the individuals, but also the organisation as a whole, making it happier, more proactive, and more productive (Hardy, Hair, and Johnstone, 2020).
Moreover, self-determination has become a standard phrase in aged care, refe
ing to a notion that emphasises their control and assertiveness while undergoing care. Self-reliance enables individuals to work together with a higher level of social accountability, cohesion, and interpersonal competency to handle challenges and initiatives that benefit everyone. The myriad human connections that su
ound an elderly person are bound together by trust. This reliance is only beneficial once trust is established. Determination, self-reliance, and trustworthiness should be considered while contemplating kindness in regards to aged care practices (Seabury, Seabury, and Garvin, 2011).

Impact of Ideological Framework
