Yes, there is a link between shortage of products and supply chain because it has affected the global trade flow. Shortage of toilet paper can be seen because it is coupled with essential and supply chain issues that are likely to become difficult. Chip shortage has a bad impact because of the shortage of chips and many orders are being canceled (Spectrum.ieee.org, 2022). Chip for the automobile sector are made with the use of processes that are intended to meet the safety criteria for different industries.
