the other theory is stewardship theory, the professor wrote a couple things on the black board.(relationship/networking marketing/social responsibility/societal marketing,
1 & 2. Problem & Customer Segments
What customer care about the most is not your problem solving, they most they care about is their problem. You will need to figure what problem you need to solve and if the problem that you are trying to solve is important to the customer. Entrepreneur often get in to ha
it of trying so hard to solve the problem but doesn’t know that it is not the right time.
3. Unique Value Proposition
What is special about your product? This is important about why people should come to you to buy your product and not going to other people to buy similar product. the product does not have to be perfect at first, it can be supported by feedback and become better. Example as one delivery company in Taiwan, they have the 5 hour and 24 hour delivery which is very unique.
4. Solution
This is where to solve your problem, you might already have a plan to solve the problem at the beginning, but the solution have not been tested out. You are not sure if this solution is what the customer really wants. So try to delay it a little bit and tie the problem and the solution together.
5. Channel
Channel is that directs your potential customers, but the beginning of entrepreneurship is not about the goal, it is about learning and not expanding, do not expand your business very big at the beginning
6. Revenue Streams
Very many company want to make big money at the beginning, that why they often using low price to hit the market/ but need to know that before one know that the idea is good or not, one does not need much customer, must find the customer with very strong promise and it will let you learn about how to make the right product in short time.
7. Cost Structure
On the veriable cost, do not think about start big at first, focus on the moment and make the right product before all the money is spent
8. Key Metrics
There is many major index, use to evaluate whats going on at the moment, usually using Dave McClure’s Pirate Metrics:
你必須要有些關鍵指標, 來評估目前執行的狀況. 通常是使用 Dave McClure 的 Pirate Metrics:
How to find use
How to make sure user is using
How to make sure that user is not using it for only once
If the customer paid, how is the user going to tell others about the product.
9. Unfair Advantage
There is a lot of unfair competition, because it must take time to make sure and find the things other people can not copie and replace with.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Assessment Report
Introduction
The Māori are considered to be one of the oldest lineages in new Zealand. They are the indigenous people of the country. There are many Māori that have successful business that have gone onto to become models for the other indigenous communities of New Zealand (Beall & Brocklesby, 2017). The Māori business contributes $26.6 billion to the economy of New Zealand, which is why it is essential to encourage such business.
The following report looks at the proposal for creating a restaurant that specializes in Māori cuisine, and is traditional. The restaurant would be open to not just the young Māori, but also to the tourists in order to generate sufficient income in terms of native or sustainable tourism as well (Ruwhiu, Amoamo, Ruckstuhl, Kapa & Eketone, 2018). The following report looks at the Problem, the proposed solution, some of the key metrics, the cost structure and revenue streams, as well as the unique value proposition that the restaurant would have to offer. It also looks at the unfair advantage that is present, along with the channels and customer segments as well. Thus, it will aim to provide some unique perspective and also look at how the values of the Māoris can be taken into perspective in order to create a business that is successful.
Organizational Models and Strategies
The organizational structure of the company would be a horizontal structure. Since one of the aims of the restaurant would be to empower the Māori women, it would be important to make the organizational model and structure that of a clan, in which the employees see themselves as belonging to a family, and also view themselves as equal, in which the idea of the boss is relative. As according to the Māori culture, the stewardship theory is one that can be proposed in the organization. In this theory, the managers, when left on their own, would act as stewards and protect the assets. Since one of the main beliefs in Māori culture is that of Whanaungatanga, which is what would support the business model as well (Yong & Martin, 2016). Thus, it can be seen that the idea of having an organizational model and strategy that would give the power of the restaurant in the hands of the Māori tribe would be for the benefit of the people, which would mean that it would provide the idea of responsibility and help in empowering the people.
Problem and Customer Segments or Risks
The main problem that can be identified would be the lack of marketing and customers. Many of the traditional Māori are dependent on their indigenous food, and many of the young people have turned their backs on this food in order to have fast food. The problem would be that the customers, who are often tourists, or non-indigenous people, would not have knowledge of the cuisine and the restaurant, which would decrease business (Henry, Dana & Murphy, 2018).
It can be seen that most tourists would have the problem of access to the restaurant, which is why it must be in a place where there are regular tourists. Most of the problems that would be related to the customer would be lack of knowledge, which can be attributed to lack of sufficient marketing, which is why it is essential for the organization as well.
Another major problem that could be faced by the restaurant would be the lack of experts in the field of cooking, or a lack of servers. A lack of staff would mean that the organization would have to hire people from other tribes as well. However, in the peak tourism seasons, this should not be a problem since it can have significant solutions.
Solution or Benefits
The main solution to the issue of marketing would be placement. The restaurant should be placed in such a way that there is a regular flow of tourists in the area. The marketing of the restaurant should be done in a manner...
