Q.1. What is Kaizen? Why Leyland has implemented a practice of Continuous Improvement?
Answer :Kaizen is a Japanese productivity philosophy which means good change. It help to organize everything with a constant, continuous and improved mindset to apply anywhere at the job. It is an continuous improvement that happens by slow and steady changes The five principles of Kaizen is know the customer, let it flow, understand the importance of leadership, empower people and be transparent.Leyland has implemented a practice continuous improvement aiming for the long term incremental change in collective culture. Everyone was able to put in their views and appropriate ideas to meet the production and sales growth plan. Other reasons for improvising continuous improvement are to stay ahead of the competition, to meet customer demand for more reliable trucks, to offset labor cost by more efficient production and to protect jobs in the UK.
Q.2. How is Kaizen, as a business strategy, expected to help Leyland Trucks to increase its market share?
Answer. Kaizen, as a business strategy will Leyland to meet the production ans sales growth plan, stay ahead of the competition, to meet customer demand for more reliable trucks, to offset labor cost by more efficient production and to protect jobs in the UK. The event

KPI for business organization (retailer) are total sales( , gross margin return on investment, average transaction value, customer retention rate, conversion rates, digital traffic and inventory turnover ratio.

Trust is a powerful leadership skill. Leaders who have trust of their employees are able to succeed to
