Introduction
Any type of event might be new or may require development. The growth of existing events occurs when novel management team is designated to handle an event which is already in progress. In this instance, event will by now have a confirmed process and format that updates and modifies the job of the novel team so that the event may be successful or more relevant. If the event is a
and-new project, the organization team must first focus on the needs or goals they want to achieve. These events might be one-time occu
ence or continuing, in which instance event manager must develop a novel concept to maintain the popularity and success of the event. The function of communication and marketing, environmental forecasting, the government's growing role in creating event approaches, and the diverse viewpoints of the event management are significant features of the event management discussions. 
Background and Scope of Event
British Good Hope Festival: Overview of the event
Saturday 22nd as well as Sunday 23rd of the April 2019
2019 is a first year of the British Good Hope Festival, the open-air occasion which will be based on live music performed by artists on an outdoor stage, 2 indoor stages along with activities, setting up as well as subsidiary entertainment on Blackheath Common on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd April 2019 between the hours of 1:00 and 1:00 on Saturday and 13:00 and 10:00 on Sunday.
Event Objectives
This festival purposes to boost and inspire young people from all over the world, together with folk music, jazz, dance music, pop music, fringe drama, play, pantomime, circus, film, poems and all types of art as well as design, including textile art, sculpture and Painting. “This is not just a sincere expectation, but also the obligation of us to make the society where kids, the propelling force of 21st century, may grow in a spirit of prosperity. An important purpose of the festival is to train young people by music and let the children have opportunities to access high-quality music, in addition, provide learning opportunities for young musicians (Fenich and Hashimoto, 2015). The festival purposes to be heart-warming “manual music festival” generated with local people. Believe in music’s power, we will endure to generate a richer societal environment and special music culture to world. 
Entertainment Activities
As music festivals are about music, events and activities must feature music associated to theme. Have dance lessons, form your own instruments, hip-hop, air band competitions, band battles as well as any other events or activities you can imagine. Auction for charity the tools of famous or local musicians or support the schools. Brainstorm prior to event to determine a range of events and activities. A large number of the live music performances for visitors throughout the festival.
Food Concessions
The food concession will be handled by the Continental Drifts Ltd, in addition, will be situated around in concession rings detailed on the site plan, providing variety of cold and hot foods and beverages. The catalogue will be giving in to the Council's environmental health group before the event begins. The site atlas will detail location of whole food franchises. Stall safety and health documents, assurance, HACCP to abide by food hygiene guidelines (Gration et al., 2016).
Market Areas
The Market stalls will be co-located with the bars and cooking franchises and will be handled by Continental Drift Co., Ltd., which may subcontract the administration of these zones, but still bear the ultimate responsibility. All bars and concessions will be needed to have sufficient fire-fighting facilities and hand washing facilities, and obstacles should be utilized to define risk areas if necessary. Any accumulated left-over will be checked and processed.

Amusements and other attractions
