Most Detrimental Issues faced by the LGBTQ Community
LGBTQ is stand for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer/Questioning. A LGBTQ community is a group of people or individuals those share common social as well as culture movements. It is analyzed that, there are a number of serious/ harmful issues or challenges faced by LGBTQ community in the society. The most detrimental issues are:
· Employment Discrimination: According to the past research studies, it is found that, an employee of LGBTQ community has to face discrimination from their employers. They are treated unfairly because of their gender or sexuality identity. Employers don’t provide equal employment opportunities in the workplace and not treated fairly or equality like others employees (YouTube PBS Voice 2020). 
· Poverty: On the basis of findings of videos, it is found that, anti-LGBT discrimination has serious and negative impact on LGBTQ community worker’s or economic wellbeing, homelessness, high rates of unemployment, food insecurity, poor health etc.    
· Health care: Due to the social and systematic discrimination,
