I had actually replayed the video multiple times in order to provide comprehensive feedback and I hope I have done justice to my part in this and contribute in the upliftment of my batchmate. We live in most dynamic times of the century where there are multiple disruptions taking place every second in the market. Indeed, change is the only constant that businesses thrive today believes and only prospective to advance in future.

talks about how fast-food sector has emerged and promptly dominated the food market. The presentation was concentrated more on McDonalds and its manifestation. I agree to his point that McDonalds had grown tremendously fast and channelize huge footfall. However, one thing that speaker missed to acknowledge is the fact that McDonalds is a Franchise Business. Therefore, it is not only in the business of fast food but also a franchise business. That is the primary reason, this organisation is able to scale all across the world. I found this fact and essential deduction missing from the presentation while speaker was introducing the organisation. Moving further in the presentation, I found that speaker made an effort to dig deeper into the organisation, its business strategies, expansion plans and marketing tactics. He spoke about the different campaigns that McDonalds works in order to market its product. The best part of the research is that speaker wasn’t biased with the organisation he was presenting. He mentioned lot of marketing campaigns and even company's strategy where McDonald's has miserably failed to communicate the intended message to the target audience.
