business is communicating with people from all over the world. The difficulty,
of course, doesn’t have to do with making phone calls or sending emails, but
finding the right time. With offices and personnel in multiple time zones, it
can be quite a challenge to find one time during which people can sit down for
a conference call.

Questions:

1. In your opinion, what communication method would be ideal for
an organization that has offices in many different countries?

2. Is it necessary to sacrifice speed in communication for the
sake of a global presence? That is, can a company have both a global presence

    According to my opinion it is through telephonic phone calls and emails which can be considered as the most practical methods for communication. The organization have offices which are located in far off locations from one another. Yet these offices of the company emphasize on speed, accuracy and efficiency. For quick decision making and execution of conversation it is a phone call through telephone or mobile phone, which can be the most effective process of communication. Further, since these offices are located in far off places, a telephonic conversation in a country with a different time zone can make the process of communication very problematic. Also, if we strategize a time for calling the other party sitting in a country with a different time zone post taking an appointment, then the communication process can be smooth and well-structured. Thus, it’s the telephonic phone calls which are conducted on a real-time basis and each individual are able to communicate with each other directly and resolve their issues. Hence, it’s the telephonic calls which can act as a swift and easy process for the purpose of decision making. Also, there is not much debate or options which can be raised by the users of the telephone. A telephonic conversation can be considered as a process of conversation which helps in sharing of information among two people when they are able to contact with each other directly or face-to-face. It is considered as a form of interaction for discussing various types of matters and also helps to exchange valuable thoughts and concepts with one another. Further, a telephonic conversation can be considered as the best form of communication when the time is very short and the distances are greater (Awal English, 2022).
