In management and engineering, progress reports are critical documents for reporting to a funding agency about a progress on a project.
Once a business proposal is successfully presented for a project, clients expect a scheduled update over the progress of that project. This is fulfilled by progress report.

By using SPSS or similar software in computers, accurate progress on research project can be demonstrated (Østby, Yamin, & Al Sa
agh, 2019).
Recording progress in digital platform regularly indicates accurate milestones that are completed and work that has yet to complete.
By using computer software I can produce a detailed report for my progress. Providing accurate data in the progress report is essential for a professional impression and formal presentation.

In a typical progress report business presentation the following elements must be similar:

Context
In this subject, the students have been introduced to the concepts of business communication and
transfe
able academic skills. This assessment requires students to have a well-formed view of
effective business communication, the importance and use of technology, and to apply their
communication skills to deliver a compelling speech. In addition, this assessment requires students
to develop competencies in video and audio presentation techniques.

Instructions
You are required to prepare a 5-minute presentation identifying aspects of a specific type of
exemplary business presentation such as sales pitches, progress reports, business proposals etc.
(decided by facilitator). Describe the elements included in a successful delivery giving examples and
practical recommendations.
• Face-to-face students should present their findings using 5-10 PowerPoint slides or
Prezi.
• Online students may use visual aids in their video but should address the audience
directly paying attention to audio quality, lighting quality, sincerity of presentation,
clarity of your perspective, and overall impact.
Presentation Content:

In the presentation, students are required to:

• Introduce themselves
• Describe aspects of a specific type of effective business presentation (decided by the
facilitator)
• Give examples and practical recommendations on how to succeed in delivery
• Deliver their speech in a compelling manner with clarity, conciseness, and concreteness
• Develop a conclusion.
• Please include a reference list using APA 6th style on a separate page
• Please use at least 4 in-text citations
