The report and presentation is designed to encourage students to develop an awareness of cu
ent management issues that are taking place both domestically and globally.

The work will help the students apply classroom theories to the cu
ent industry
Report & Presentation - Purpose
Choose one topic from our first ten lessons. (See Subject Outlines)
Two or Three students can choose the same week topic. Topics will be allocated on a first come basis.
The due date of the report and presentation is the following tutorial class after your week topic. For example, if you choose the Week 3 topic, your report and presentation will be on Week 4.
Topic for your report
Submission
Hand in your report attached with the relevant referenced news article at the beginning of your tutorial class.
Presentation
Orally present your report for five minutes with your power point slides, then the tutor may initiate a class discussion.

The report should not exceed 300 words.

ent News Articles related to the lessons from news papers, business magazines etc.

You may find good key words from our class slides, textbook or reference books.
Key Words
Before looking for an article, you need to understand the meaning of the key word in the context of our lessons.
Once you have a list of search results, scan through article titles and look for any useful connections with your keyword.
Find a relevant article
If you see any relevance, read through the article, then ask yourself
“Is this article a good example to explain the definition of the keyword?”
Find a relevant article
If ‘Yes” read through the article a few times, and write your report fitting the suggested structure.
Make your report title with the key word(s) and the name of company.
Focus on only one key concept in the article, if you find multiple concepts in the article.
