In the movie clip, it can be seen that people are standing in their groups and when the paid dancer moves to dance floor they surprisingly look at her as if what new task is for them.  When a company or leader tries to do something different it is required to project oneself convincingly. In the movie clip, it can be observed that some people welcomed the woman on the floor while some were felling embarrassing about her moves. Others were not clear what is going to happen next.
