The case of Sara reflects that she get caught by Tuburculosis by attending the patients in the hospital. This reflects that a poor policy in this regard was working or the policy guidelines did not apply. The organization did not seem to provide preventive measures to the employees. It is the responsibility of the organization to provide the inherent risks of tuberculosis and its prevention strategies. The organization did not have compulsory vaccination program as the case reveals. The organization should have provided the information about the non infectious and infectious phases of the tuberculosis. The organization should provide free tests as well as regular checkups facility to the employees. The dietary practices should have also been communicated to the employees. But the case study reveals that these initiatives were not taken. Therefore, a policy is drafted for prevention of tuberculosis.
