1.0 Introduction
It is the duty of the leaders to take the right decision for helping the organization for attaining the goals and objectives. As per the report of Humanresourcestoday.com (2017), most of the leaders are failed to select the best decision-making method for managing the operations. While analysing the international business organizations such as Google, Amazon and Nike we can understand that they spent more time on selecting the best decision-making model. In this paper, we are evaluating the different decision-making methods that are related to the workplace in a detailed way.
2.0 Body
According to the words of Kase (2010), great leaders will take the great decision by considering different factors. We know the fact that it is the duty of leaders to identify the different decision-making methods and select the best one based on its applicability. Companies are giving more importance to team-based structure (Mobi et al 2018,337), in order for improving the productivity of the organization, the managers have to give importance to group decision making methods. Based on my level of comfort I am ranking group decision methods;
