Introduction
BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY
The objective of our ABC restaurant's goal is to establish the business’s name as a household name and build a good reputation to build a successful ABC restaurant or gain a market share in the ABC food industry in Wales. We also hope that the ABC restaurant will be the much-loved choice for Muslims and other members of the society. We plan to expand our business by franchising other cities, for example, Manchester, Liverpool, or London to raise our client base. Nonetheless, our major business economic plan is to have enough money to operate our restaurants for up to two or half years with no affecting our profits. This will also help us in the third year of repaying a loan because accumulated profits will have spreads. Before our previous research, we have noticed that in order to achieve excellent profit margins in two and a half year, we may mention a few restaurant supplies, for example, kitchen refrigerator cookware and some items that may be purchased in luxury This will allow us to decrease potential costs. However, we will also have a user management system or basic accounting data to maintain an updated record of monthly sales in order to track a profit or loss for the year.
In order to raise our client base, we will plan to promote our company via posters, flyers, mosques, internet to maintain client satisfaction and to pass the media in the future. With the launch of ABC Restaurant and the recruitment of advertisements, this will assist us to promote our company more, because the expansion of new ABC restaurant will also make people very eager to recognize which products and services will offer. Our major goal or ambitions is to be the mainly successful ABC restaurants in the country and we will strive to be the premier ABC restaurant
ands in the local market. We wish for our clients to be very satisfied when they visit restaurants and websites and take their feedback seriously.

As a Cafe Manager my Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
As a cafe Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that each aspect of business runs successfully (Asquer, 2014). Therefore, I have different responsibilities, including:
Managing Personnel: I need to ensure that the cafe has qualified and enough staff to fall into the manager of the cafe. In this position, this person should find, interview and train as well as supervise all the cafe staff, which might include: chefs, waitresses, hostesses, valets, dishwashers, baristas, etc. I am also responsible for creating a weekly schedule, finding alternatives and filling out staff when needed (Ba
er, Barth & Blum, 2011). I assign work goals that employees should follow moreover evaluate employee performance based on the goals in the worker review.
Handling Finances: As a manager of the cafe I am responsible for the cafe's finances and I will ensure that all operating expenses are within a preset budget and sales meets the daily or monthly goal. This person coordinates daily fund from the sale, makes a bank deposit and processes payrolls. They can calculate which beverage or food items generate more revenue or modify menus to raise profitability.
Managing Inventory: For cafe smooth work, there should be sufficient food, equipment or supplies also – for example cutlery, cutlery, napkins, etc. The cafe manager is responsible for calculating the inventory of order updates, existing items, or replacements, ensuring that new order is budgeted, expected, busy and slow periods in cafes, and special events (Besson, 2016). My task as a cafe manager is usually to accept the transportation of supplies and food, verify that the right variety and quantity have been also sent, and organize the list in the cafe (Ebadi & Ahmadi-Javid, 2018).
Providing Customer Service: In addition to dealing with employees and operating cafe, I also need to provide the best customer experience, which might include, greetings and seating clients, and provide them with the menus (Kenny, 2012). A more challenging aspect of the profession is dealing with the complaints of customer that might involve the price and quality of the food or beverages or poor consumer service.
