Students shall create a reflective journal and enter weekly reflections for specified topic.

Students will be guided in the reflective process by responding to a series of a structured questions which will encourage students to reconsider perspectives by reflecting on their experiences and exploring connections between what they are learning and their own underlying values and beliefs.

Students shall receive feedback on their reflections and must include evidence of their response to feedback in their journal and in their meta-reflection.

Reflections must be a maximum of XXXXXXXXXXwords and include a reference from at least one academic when requested. The weekly reflections will form the basis for a written 1200 word meta reflection, including a reference list using Harvard referencing to be submitted as the final assessment in their portfolio in week 11.

I realised when the group projects were allocated it was difficult to get work done at times (Manevska et.al, 2018). Each member has their own understanding of things, they have their own strengths and fears and with communication only it can be known and solved. While communicating at times I used to miss few information, which were really crucial to share due to consciousness of being a foreign student in the class. I felt hesitant in discussing...
