Moreover, the absence of ethnic indications for Asian Americans may have played a role in the low participation rates of Asian Americans.

That affects their working hours as well. The employment of a greater number of racial and ethnic minorities in these positions affects voter turnout. The voting rates are also heavily influenced by the attitudes of the lower socioeconomic class and class.
