BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE: AN OVERVIEW
In the following discussion, the proposal will be made to HelloFresh CEO Mr Dominik Richter on the ways company can enter into Asian markets where consumption is higher and people are more inclined towards having healthy meals, keto meals which and HelloFresh will provide a great platform to the people in these market which will help them to grow their revenue and sales.
The proposal will be focussed on creating a dashboard or a tool which will give an insight of the ways the operations will be controlled in an autonomous way. There will also be few insights on the ways new emerging markets are behaving and the change in trends which will give perspective to HelloFresh to compete its benchmarking of food services business between existing and emerging markets.

Dear Mr Richter,
At the onset, Brainstorm Solutions would like to thank you for giving an opportunity to present the thoughts of expanding Delivery Business in Emerging Markets on the table. HelloFresh deserves a round of applause on clocking highest revenues during the pandemic and the ways you had motivated everyone in the company to face those times. The year 2021 had an amazing returns of 59.93 B in terms of revenue which is 59.8% sales growth which is amazing for any company to clock this scale of growth over the years.
The other part where your attention is most sought after would be EBITDA which has de-grown from 424 Million Euros to 389 Million Euros. What do you think would be the possible reasons for a declining EBITDA? The first indication lies to the COST OF GOODS SALES (COGS) which is 2046 Million Euros and standing at a 34.4% COGS. What do you think would be the possible benchmark of COGS in Emerging markets, Rest of the world and what would be the Standard COGS. The Dashboard will include the comparison of the COGS of your company in all market on real time value and will give you an insight of the difference in COGS and the trend line analysis will help to improve the profitability.
