After reading as well as understanding the week’s activities, readings and all the materials, my understanding about the concepts says that usage of financial dashboards, incorporating corporate finance in day-to-day business activity and understanding what financial statements want to convey about health of an organization is a key to manage business finance in this dynamic environment. Many businesses survived despite lockdown because they managed this aspect with proper planning.
Financial dashboards represent data graphically thus making it more impressive to present and understand clearly. As mentioned by Pal (2015), this can be customized as per business requirements.
