The importance of decision-making in an organization is to help the management take the most suitable decisions for their work processes that would help them generate the maximum amount of benefits. According to Xu, Loi and Ngo (2016), it requires ample analytical and logical skills for the management to determine which solution or strategy would be the best for the organization. 
In this context, the role of the organization’s leader is to identify the suitable options to be considered while making an important decision, judge, assess and analyze the most feasible one out of these options, and finally, propagating the taken decision.
