Introduction
    A group of people forming a team, taskforce or coalition cannot function collectively without the direction of a person in command, namely, the leader of the group. The leader of a group do not engage in manual labor performed by the members of the team; instead, the leader uses the knowledge and experiences gathered over time for making the teams perform to their highest attainable levels, taking up the responsibility of managing them consistently.
Anticipated Reaction of a Leader Facing Group Challenges
    As a leader, the first internal issue that I might face is the rejection of my power exertion on the members of the team, as many of the members will have similar knowledge and experience levels as mine and some would also have more quality than I would. Experienced employees develop skills that often give them the ability to raise legitimate questions against the leaders.
In case, I face such situation, I will not force my authority over the members of the team, as it will never help in developing faith in me. I will react to their arguments as effective suggestions and would try to use the logic, personal attachment and experiences to make them abide my directions.
I will not be rude or impulsive; instead, I will abide the rules, remain calm and think empathically to act as a leader. In case of confusion with the role uncertainty post-shuffled teams, I will take get involved in the positioning process and make the team cooperate with me, instead of following my orders.
    As for the external challenges such as the delay in meeting the targets of the team or disagreement between the management and the employees, I will try to act in a diplomatic manner. As suggested by Klada (2018), reacting passively to external issues in front of the members of the team, keep them motivated, as they remain unaware of the issues taking place outside the organization.
In case of reacting to the employee and management issues, I would try to convey the inconveniences to the management is a formal manner, remaining calm and would try to refrain from expressing any personal emotions to the management. On the other hand, I will also try to make the members of the team understand the limitations of the organization and would also make them motivated for being happy with the existing offerings.
In case, the members of the team face the issues of market changes that require modification of the roles of the members of the team, I would try to offer guidelines to for better and easier scope for learning the skills required for the changed dynamics.
