In most cases, those in senior management are the primary decision makers about making changes in an organization. They often decide what to change, when to change and why to change. However, some studies indicate that consultants and employees can have a considerable influence on the change management process as well.
ï‚· Discuss the contributions (both positive and negative) that consultants and employees in business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia can bring to the change management process.
ï‚· Also include ways in which senior management can effectively engage consultants and employees to collaboratively participate in the process.
ï‚· Embed course material concepts, principles, and theories, which require supporting citations along with two scholarly peer-reviewed references in supporting your answer. Keep in mind that these scholarly references can be found in the Saudi Digital Library by conducting an advanced search specific to scholarly references.
