In this context as part of the project planning activities suitable assessment, evaluation and recommendation of appropriate project delivery system, financial control type, and, procurement methodology is highly important and this report presents a detailed assessment / evaluation, discussion and recommendation in the context of the project under focus.
Project Delivery System: Discussion & Recommendation
At the outset, the project delivery systems define the overall structure encompassing the relationships pertaining to parties, respective roles as well as responsibilities concerning these parties, as well as general sequences concerning activities that are required for delivering the specific project (Pöyhönen et al. 2017; Liu et al. 2016; Mesa et al. 2016).
