Introduction
A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. Leadership is all about the vision and the responsibility, not the power. A leader should become great not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others. The First World countries are those countries who are enjoying the basic rights such as: right to vote, right to private property, right of speech, right to have security, right to have a say in their government and many more. According to the civil liberties these rights were hard fought for the future betterment. This paper will highlight how rule by a strong leader may or may not serve the common good of a state and will lead to instability.
