To train project managers in systems thinking, it is important to understand that managers are responsible for all the aspects of the project (Thompson, Allison and West, 2017). Thus, they need to be trained in ideas which involve all the employees and target the best results. Some of the ideas that the manager can be trained with are:
· Since all processes are interconnected, it is important to understand the importance of every aspect of a project. If specific focus is applied to one aspect then the other aspect may be missed out on and may ruin the entire project structure.
· It is important to stay up to date with the variables involved in ca
ying out a project as the process of doing it may change with a change in the variables. If that happens, one needs to refocus on the process of working out the project.
· It is very important to be thorough with every part of the system. A good system requires scrutinization at every level and needs to be thoroughly understood. Otherwise, the solution to the problem at later stage becomes difficult.
System thinking is a methodological approach which relies on some concepts of management as well as interaction. The managers need goal seeking behaviour which will motivate them as well as the other stakeholders. They should also have control over the project and how to implement changes when necessary. It is extremely important for the managers to continuously adapt to changes and learn side by side for a better productivity.

6. The diagram illustrates that the roles of the Systems Engineer and Project Manager, although different, sometimes require collaboration the nature of the tasks the SE managers, as well as the project manager’s needs to work alongside with them to figure out all the requirements of the given task.
SE is responsible for the technical aspects of a task such as building teach-frame, planning the task framework and mitigate involved risks, while the PM are responsible to establish and maintain contact with stakeholders and maintain the authenticity of the task. They mostly perform similar functions during the entire task involved in the project.
In simple but consolidated system the tasks can be performed based on the previous experiences and problems can be mitigated by using the previous tactics in different projects. The technical aspects and SE will provide a lower risk, and here...
