Introduction
    Social media has been reckoned as one of the most powerful tools which are used in the establishment procedure of the communication skills at professional scale. The organizations have deployed the social media standards in order to ensure that they gain the competency advantage in terms of evolving trends of the business. The power of social media and its use in the modern times is somehow a question of controversy. It is hard to draw that thin line of distinction between the professional and non professional use of social media platforms by the employees to frame the strategic management of the companies. However, the best method perceived by far is the process of structuring the rules of using social media platforms which are unanimously accepted and integrated in all business segments.
The Organization Culture and Social Media
    At first, the social media has been perceived as a part of regular organizational culture i.e. from the time of hiring employees to their successful monitoring; the networking platforms are used to make sure that effective communication skills are built in employees. For example, most of the organizations begin to recruit their employees through their online activities. It is like seeking the social media activities of the employees to determine what scale of virtual activity the professional has made so far and how much it will be yielding positive results to the management.
