Introduction and aims
The aim of the project
In the present scenario, the competition among businesses operating in almost every industry has become so intense that it is not easy for a company to attract the desired number of customers and sustain in the marketplace. Nowadays, businesses are required to emphasise on delivering high-quality products and services at competitive or affordable prices to the customers so that they can sustain in the marketplace or industry (Seale et al, 2015). In addition to this, quality measurement tools and techniques are also required to be employed by organisations so that the best quality of services and products are delivered to the customers and sales in the long-run can be enhanced.
The first aim of the cu
ent project is to identify the way in which F&F produce ltd. can deliver the best quality of products and services to its customers to attain a high degree of satisfaction within the customers or people in the target market. Furthermore, the present project also aims at identifying the issues related to customer services within F&F produce ltd. Apart from this, the project also emphasises on identifying the ways through which F&F produce ltd. can enhance its volume of sales in the long-run.

In the context of threats, it can be asserted that increasing competition in the packaging and dairy industry has emerged as the biggest threat to the company. The intense competition has resulted in creating issues for the company in terms of attracting the desired number of customers and increasing sales. Other than this, competitive prices of packaging and increasing fuel prices are the major threats which are affecting the operations and business activities of F&F produce ltd.
Low degree of customer satisfaction, inadequate product and service quality and declining sales are some other issues which are faced by F&F produce ltd. The selected organisation is required to become aware of the fact that these issues are affecting the overall performance and productivity of the company in a negative sense (Al-Ani, et al. 2016).
