Stanley is a 64-year-old male who have lived with his mother until 5 years ago and let her leaved with his

other’s wife until 6 months ago. Cu
ently he lives in a group home and rarely talks. Understand English but he mostly communicates in French. He has been documenting of having a history of being physically and abused by mother and
other. He also maintains are strong bond with his mother who visits him once a month. At times he becomes really violent and known to have a strike out at the support workers and randomly has violent movements. He is also medicated with the mood stabilizers and the psychotics. Stanley is also partially mobile and requires a walker to move around. He also exhibits behaviours that are indicator and shows the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Purpose of Case File
The purpose of the case file is to provide a Stanley support against the issues that he faces. It has been contemplated that the particular client is cu
ently medicated with mood stabilizers and anti-psychotics. This plan would specifically document the effective history of the client and provide a formulated measure to deal with the difficulties that the client faces. It is effective that a subsequent psychological intervention is required along with the medical intervention in order to deal with the sufferings of the client. This case file would also give directions for the medical experts and the psychological experts to determine the inherent intervention that are required to provide a long-term care for the client.
