This process will facilitate better decision making and will enable support for clinical decisions.

Electronic health record(EHR) works on to provide several advantages like reducing operational errors in the process, working for the betterment of the information flow speed, real time information dissemination for better decisions and control. Though there are disadvantages in the process like need for computer usage, integration of different stakeholders through digital technologies and networking, need to include considerable investment etc, the advantages of the successful Electronic Health record systems are numerous and so gaining acceptance across global health care institutions(Ayatollahi,2016).
Electronic health care system will enable patient information sharing as and when needed across two distantly located health care facilities.
