Intravenous drug users who have a greater tendency of developing AIDS are subsequently more prone to contracting Tuberculosis.
Among the health enhancing behaviors, a proper diet is of utmost importance. Consumption of unsaturated fats, abundance of green vegetables, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables as well as whole grain cereals must be included in the diet. Fried chicken, beef, fried potato, caffeine are among the food items to be avoided. Exercise is one of the most important habits to inculcate in order to prevent diseases.
