The rude gesture such as showing of middle figure to the police officer would 
constitute fighting with police officer because such gesture reflects rough 
behaviour which is against humanity and morality. It would be communicating 
to the police officer that slang has been used for him by showing disrespect. 
This gesture would be showing anger towards police officer in a bad manner 
with bad intentions and signals.
