This is the situation or scenario when we worry or have a feeling of anxiety about the fact that we may not have done the right decision after we have actually made the choice earlier. Here in this case the consumer tries to justify his decision to support the fact that he actually made the right decision. In other words, we may say that it is the situation of worry or uneasiness that a consumer has after he has bought the service or the product.
