Influence of Employee Satisfaction and Engagement on Employee Performance
	While working in multicultural business organisation, where people from different cultural backgrounds and ideologies are present, instances may leave the employees dissatisfied. I have encountered one such incidence personally, where the manager of the team was culturally biased and promoted the ideas and opinions of the team members, who belonged to same cultural background as the manager did. This incident left me dissatisfied and has a major adverse impact on my job satisfaction and job engagement level. A negative workplace culture is bound to leave the employees dissatisfied, consequently leading to poor productivity. Unethical activities in workplace are bound to have negative impact on the morale of the employees (Wang, Feng & Lawton, 2017).
