So management must understand the finance aspects all these to make a successful analysis and making or running a business successful.
Finance Manager-
Finance Manager is critical role for any company the finance manager’s head up a team of Financial Analysts. Finance Manager also supervises all of the accounting meaning that involves the big decisions are ultimately the call of finance manager.
Increase in globalization also increased the responsibilities of the finance managers. Finance managers should always keep an eye on the global market trends to maintain the resources of the company effectively.
For example: if the interest rates are increasing he has to invest surplus funds from operations in banks and if the stock markets are performing well he has to select investment in stocks. He has to plan, decide and implement policies to protect the company in the event of economic recession and plan accordingly.
