Difference between Profit, Not for Profit and Non-Government Organization
The organization that operates with the motive of maximizing profits and the only goal of the organization that focuses on making money is known as profit organizations. The owners of the organization decide the share of the allocation of profits. On the other hand, the not-for-profit organization focuses on operating itself without any business goals. The organizations exist to provide a particular service to the community and the rules of the organization for the distribution of profits to the owners.
The non-government organization is the organizations that are independent of the government authority for dominance whose primary mission is not the business purpose but it mostly focuses on issues like social cultural environmental educational and so on. These organizations rely on a variety of funding sources from private donations and membership dues to the government contribution. It focuses on designing and implementing development projects and defends or promotes a specific cause that seeks to influence public policy. A profit-making and a not-for-profit-making organization can be both public as well as private organizations. But non-government organizations are by definition organization that is independent of the government authority.

A microenterprise is a small business that sells goods or services and operates in a very small geographical location. The typical characteristics of such an organization are that it employs less than 10 people and is geographically restricted to a very small area. The micro-enterprise initially starts with very small funding which is known as microcredit or microfinance.

The objectives of the micro-enterprise are:

· It also has the objective to spread industries and business in an economically backward area which helps in the overall development of the economy.

The supply of goods and services for the micro-enterprises are restricted only to a small geographical area as mentioned by its definition. The firm has a very less annual turnover and the goods and services supplied by the organization are restricted in a certain locality.
Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME)
Business Purpose
SMEs are small and medium-sized enterprises are defined as those company that operates with less than 50 employees to 250 employees. These organizations are significant for economic and social purposes and help to boost the employment rates in the economy (Gaitán, 2019). Businesses usually maintain revenues, assets, and the number of employees below a certain threshold. It is evident to note that different countries have different definitions of small and medium-sized enterprises.
