i. PURPOSE & MISSION OF ORGANIZATION (Response to Question 1)
RSPCA is an independent, non government, nonprofit, community based charity organization that offers services related to animal care and protection. It runs around 40 shelter houses and is a successful employer for approximately 1000 workers. They work to improve lives of Australian animals. The work costs them about $ 100 million annually which mainly comes from donations, grants and partnerships.
Its mission in 2016/17 is to eradicate the cruelty towards animals. The Organization implements various laws in this regard and encourages the legislation for animal favoring reforms.
